Design Services:
Walnut Hill Landscape Company takes great pride and enjoyment in the design phase of every project. During the initial consultation a new client will meet with one of our professional landscape designers who will listen to their needs, wants, and tastes in order to create a design option that is appropriate for each situation. Once a scope of design work is agreed upon, the site will be expertly measured and photographed in order to create a functional base map. The base map will then be used to create a conceptual plan that expresses what the client and designer had discussed during the consultation. Once the conceptual plan is complete, the designer will again meet with the client in order to make final revisions, go over all aspects of the plan, present initial price estimates, and begin the final plan. The final plan will present exactly what will be built, will include all phasing options and will have a proposal to complete all work that has been proposed at that time.
Construction Services:
Once the final plan and scope of work has been agreed on, the real fun begins: turning the collaboration between client and designer into a reality. As a full service Design/Build company, Walnut Hill Landscape Company offers the security of knowing that what is being built will be overseen by the designer at every stage, ensuring that the exact vision becomes a reality. Furthermore, we have construction and horticultural professionals that excel in each of their respective fields that are capable and qualified to make the design a reality.
